Our role as a technology provider
This page aims to clearly and transparently define the role of Paymely.app, a service provided by Solutions néSaaSity S.E.N.C. (“we”, “our”).
It is essential for our clients (the businesses that use our platform) and their own customers to understand the services we provide and, equally important, those we do not provide.
Our mission is to provide businesses with a powerful software tool to help them manage their own accounts receivable and communicate with their customers about outstanding invoices.
Paymely.app is NOT a collection agency
The central point of this notice is to unequivocally state that Solutions néSaaSity S.E.N.C. and its application, Paymely.app, are not a collection agency, a collection agent, a bailiff or a debt collection service.
We do not hold a permit from the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC) or any other regulatory body to act as a third-party collection agency, as we do not perform such activities.
Our core principles
To be clear, here is what our role consists of:
- We provide a technology tool. Paymely.app is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We provide a communication tool to which our clients subscribe. We do not provide collection services; we provide software.
- We NEVER manage or process your payments. If you are a customer of one of our clients and you make a payment for an outstanding invoice, that payment goes directly to the business you owe money to. We are never party to the transaction. Our systems do not touch, hold or process any of the collected funds.
- We take NO commission. Our business model is based on fixed, recurring subscription fees that our clients pay us to use our software. We never take a commission or percentage of the amounts our clients collect using our tool.
- All communications come from our clients. When you receive an SMS, email or any other communication sent through the Paymely.app platform, it is legally sent by and on behalf of the business with which you have an account. Paymely.app is the technology channel, but the business that subscribed to our service is the sender and the creditor.
- Recourse in case of inappropriate communication.
If you receive a communication in error, or a message you consider inappropriate or threatening, please contact the business that sent it to you directly. Paymely.app prohibits the use of its platform for harassment or abuse, and we monitor accounts to ensure compliance with our policies.
Important legal notice
- Paymely does not provide legal advice. No information provided by the Service, including message templates, follow-up sequences and AI-generated suggestions, constitutes legal advice. We recommend that our clients consult a qualified legal advisor for any questions regarding debt collection, regulatory compliance or their legal obligations.
- Paymely is not a financial service. We are not a financial institution, a credit bureau or a financial management service. We do not provide financial advice and do not participate in any credit assessment.
- No guarantee of results. Use of Paymely does not in any way guarantee that outstanding invoices will be paid by our clients' debtors.
